1. Scope and safety standard
This Content, Safety and Complaints Policy applies to creator profiles, images, biographies, categories, locations, official links, offers, reviews, claims, promoted placements and other material submitted to or displayed by Got.Fans. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Got.Fans is an adults-only creator directory. We do not host or sell access to third-party creator content. Links may lead to independent adult platforms. Everyone using or submitting information to Got.Fans must be at least 18 and have reached the age of majority where they live.
2. Prohibited material and activity
Profiles, links, reviews, promotions and submissions must not involve or facilitate:
- minors, child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualisation of minors or age-ambiguous sexual material;
- non-consensual sexual activity, intimate imagery shared without consent, hidden-camera material, sextortion, coercion, trafficking, exploitation or abuse;
- a person who is unconscious, incapacitated or unable to consent;
- credible threats, terrorism, severe violence, self-harm promotion, hateful conduct, stalking, harassment, doxxing, blackmail or extortion;
- illegal drugs, unlawful weapons activity, fraud, scams, money laundering or other unlawful goods, services or conduct;
- animal sexual content or abuse;
- impersonation, deceptive synthetic media, deepfakes or false claims intended to defraud, exploit or harm;
- infringement of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual or other rights;
- spam, malware, unauthorised scraping, security interference or attempts to evade moderation; or
- anything prohibited by applicable law, these policies or the rules of a linked third-party platform.
3. Creator profiles and official links
A profile may use information that a creator has made public, information supplied by the creator or their authorised representative, and observations made from public official pages. We aim to distinguish creator-confirmed information from information that was publicly found or observed.
A verified badge means only that we completed the verification process described by Got.Fans. It is not an endorsement, guarantee of identity beyond that process, guarantee of content quality or confirmation of any third-party offer.
Creators and authorised representatives may claim a profile, correct inaccurate details, report impersonation or request removal. We may ask for reasonable evidence of identity or authority before acting.
4. Reviews and community submissions
Reviews must describe a genuine experience and must not contain private information, threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, advertising, payment details, explicit imagery or allegations presented without a reasonable basis.
We may publish, reject, remove, limit or investigate a review. We may use automated signals to assist moderation, but material decisions may be reviewed by a person. Creators may be given a right to reply but may not remove criticism merely because it is negative.
5. Promotions, prices and deal information
Promoted placements must be clearly labelled. A paid placement does not change our verification standard and must not be presented as an independent ranking.
Prices, trials and discounts can change on third-party platforms. When we show observed deal information, we may also show when it was last checked. Users must confirm the final price and terms on the creator's official page before subscribing or purchasing.
6. Reporting and urgent safety issues
Report a profile, link, review or other concern using the available reporting tool or by emailing hey@got.fans. Include the URL, creator handle, reason for the report and any supporting information. Reports may be made by users, depicted persons, creators, rights holders or authorised representatives.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Apparently illegal material or an urgent safety risk may be restricted immediately and reported to an appropriate authority where required.
7. Review, enforcement and appeals
Depending on the concern, we may request evidence, preserve relevant records, correct or label information, restrict discovery, disable a link, remove material, suspend an account or profile, end a promotion, or notify a platform, regulator or law-enforcement authority.
A person affected by a moderation decision may request a review by replying to the decision or emailing us with the subject line 'Appeal'. We may keep urgent safety restrictions in place while an appeal is considered. Retaliation or intimidation connected with a report, correction, takedown request or appeal is prohibited.
