This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect personal data when you visit got.fans, use our directory, create an account, save a creator, write a review, claim or manage a profile, purchase a plan or promotion, or contact us.
This Policy does not govern OnlyFans, Fansly, Pucker or any other third-party site linked from Got.Fans. Those services operate independently and apply their own privacy practices.

Depending on how you use Got.Fans, we may collect:

- profile and claim information, including creator name, handle, biography, categories, location, images, official links and verification evidence;

- subscription, promotion and billing records. Payment card details may be processed directly by a payment provider rather than stored by us;

- safety and moderation information, including verification outcomes, reports, evidence, decisions and fraud signals.
3. Public profile information
Got.Fans is a public directory. Creator profile information, reviews, replies, verification status and official links may be visible publicly and indexed by search engines. Do not submit private information that you do not want made public.
A profile may contain information a creator published publicly before they claimed it. Creators and authorised representatives can request correction, claim or removal. We may retain a limited suppression record after removal so that a profile is not recreated unintentionally.
4. How we use information
- provide, secure and improve the directory and account features;
- operate search, recommendations, saved profiles, reviews and creator tools;
- verify claims, official links and profile ownership;
- display and measure clearly labelled promoted placements;
- observe and update public prices, deals and profile information;
- process subscriptions and provide customer support;
- detect fraud, impersonation, abuse, security incidents and policy violations;
- communicate service notices and, with permission where required, marketing; and
- comply with law, enforce our terms and establish or defend legal claims.
5. Legal bases
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform a contract with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as operating a useful and safe public directory, protect vital interests, or act with your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
6. Cookies and local storage

9. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including account operation, safety, suppression of removed profiles, disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Retention varies by record type. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed, unless law requires longer retention.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, obtain portable data, withdraw consent, opt out of targeted advertising or certain sharing, and appeal a refusal. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Got.Fans is intended only for people aged 18 or older who have reached the age of majority where they live. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Contact us promptly if you believe a child has provided personal data.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as Got.Fans develops. We will post the revised version and change the last-updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email.
